THE FLAG IS THE NAME OF THE RAINBOW CAT CONCATENATED WITH THE SECOND PART OF THE SURPRISED POKEMON

The rainbow cat is the nyan cat :

And the surprised pokemon had to be Pikachu :

So the flag was :

nyanchu
